We are seeking experienced General Electrical Foremen to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for large-scale commercial, industrial, utility, and mission-critical construction projects. What You'll Do Lead and oversee multiple foremen and electrical crews across large-scale construction projects. Coordinate manpower, resources, and schedules to ensure projects remain on track and within budget. Drive productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Review project plans, blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings to ensure successful execution. Monitor project progress and proactively identify solutions to field challenges. Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and local building requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between field operations, project management, subcontractors, and clients. Manage labor planning and workforce allocation across multiple project areas. Oversee material procurement, inventory, equipment utilization, and jobsite logistics. Track labor productivity, material usage, project costs, and schedule performance. Conduct quality control inspections and maintain company construction standards. Mentor, coach, and develop Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices. Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare daily production reports and provide regular updates to project leadership. Required Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician status. 5+ years of supervisory experience leading electrical crews on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or utility projects. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Experience managing multiple crews and Foremen simultaneously. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and construction documents. Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, budgets, and productivity. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a General Foreman on large-scale electrical construction projects. Data center, utility, renewable energy, semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial construction experience. OSHA 30 Certification. Experience with workforce planning, project budgeting, and resource allocation. Familiarity with project scheduling, reporting, and construction management software. Experience managing projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and work in active construction environments for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
