Job Description

We are seeking a Nevada licensed fence contractor, or a Nevada licensed general contractor with the appropriate classification, for a 4,500 linear-foot fence project in North Las Vegas, NV 89030 .
Project scope:
approximately 4,500 linear feet of fencing . The contractor must be able to obtain/pull the required permit from the City of North Las Vegas or the applicable local jurisdiction. The target permit should be C-25 Fencing and Equipping Playgrounds or other appropriate ones.
Requirements:
Experience with commercial fence installation projects Ability to handle City Permit application and approval process Valid Nevada contractor license, fencing license, or licensed General Contractor status Familiarity with Las Vegas / Clark County permitting requirements preferred Please provide your Nevada contractor license number, business license information.
Cooperation Options:
We are open to flexible cooperation options. The contractor may assist by providing/pulling the required permit while our own construction crew performs the installation. Alternatively, we are also open to subcontracting or awarding the full project directly to the contractor, with pricing and scope to be discussed separately.
Pay:
$250.00 - $300.00 per day
