Job Description

Commercial Construction Foreman Position Summary Prestige Design WNY is expanding into the commercial construction market and is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman to lead field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage people, communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, solve problems in the field, and maintain a strong commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial construction crews. Coordinate daily field activities and project schedules. Review plans, specifications, and project requirements. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and production standards. Conduct jobsite inspections and manage punch list completion. Train and mentor crew members. Monitor materials, equipment, and labor utilization. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience. Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Strong communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of commercial construction methods and safety practices. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay:
$32.46 - $40.00 per hour
