In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by managing resources effectively, reading blueprints and schematics accurately, and utilizing construction management software to track progress. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the quality and efficiency of large-scale construction endeavors while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site activities Monitor daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards such as OSHA regulations Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and tools Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets project specifications and standards Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee construction Review contracts, change orders, and scope modifications with clients and stakeholders Implement construction site safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings with team members Travel to job locations in and around the Rochester area, sometimes managing multiple jobs at once Qualifications Proven management experience in construction supervision with a strong background in construction site operations Extensive knowledge of construction management software Hands-on experience with project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Familiarity with contracts administration and managing subcontractor relationships Demonstrated supervising experience in complex construction projects Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Join us as a Construction Foreman where your expertise will directly impact the success of innovative projects.
