In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and in accordance with plans and specifications. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, productivity, and excellence. Duties Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and according to safety standards. Coordinate and direct subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to optimize workflow and resource utilization. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team efforts accurately. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or HeavyBid to plan schedules, track progress, and manage documentation. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures by managing contracts and tracking expenditures. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols consistently across the site to maintain a safe working environment. Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure adherence to technical specifications related to pipelines or other systems. Prepare detailed reports on project status, safety incidents, and progress updates for management review. Lead team meetings to communicate goals, address issues proactively, and motivate team members toward project milestones. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in heavy civil construction or related fields with a strong background in construction site management. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (Primavera), HeavyBid, or similar tools. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents with precision. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing contracts effectively. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as pipeline installation or heavy civil projects is highly desirable. Technical proficiency with tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing; knowledge of construction management processes is essential.
