We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician / Working Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will actively perform electrical work in the field while leading crews, managing projects, and coordinating with customers, inspectors, and general contractors. Responsibilities Perform commercial and residential electrical installations Run projects independently from start to finish Read and interpret plans and specifications Supervise and direct helpers and apprentices Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and customers Troubleshoot electrical systems and field issues Maintain job schedules and productivity Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with applicable codes Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Perform hands-on electrical work daily while leading crews Requirements 10+ years of electrical experience preferred Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability Experience running crews and managing projects Strong commercial and residential electrical experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to read plans and coordinate installations Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, punctual, long-term team member who takes pride in their work and is interested in helping lead and grow with our company.
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
