2516 Lodi St, Syracuse, NY 13208 This position is responsible for overseeing commercial HVAC Installation operations, supporting technicians, ensuring job quality, and maintaining strong communication between the field and management. This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organized, technically skilled, and comfortable managing crews, visiting job sites, and ensuring installations are completed correctly and on time. The Field Supervisor sets the standard for professionalism, workmanship, and team performance. Pay Range:

5+ yrs experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical installation Proven leadership experience as a Lead Installer, Lead Technician, Foreman, or Supervisor Highly organized and dependable Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Comfortable managing multiple crews and job sites Professional with customers and team members Able to communicate clearly with management and technicians Takes ownership of problems and works toward solutions Willing to train, coach, and develop installers Essential Duties:
Lead and supervise crews in the field Assign jobs and ensure crews are prepared before leaving the shop Conduct job site visits to support technicians and ensure quality installs Review completed jobs, callbacks, and open issues daily Communicate regularly with the Install Manager regarding job progress Ensure materials, equipment, and trucks are properly stocked and ready Follow up on customer concerns and ensure satisfaction Hold technicians accountable for timeliness, workmanship, and cleanliness Assist with training and development of install team Perform routine truck and safety inspections Requirements:
HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical experience required Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in the field, including lifting, climbing, and working in attics / crawlspaces Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred Electrical, sheet metal, or low-voltage experience is a plus Willingness to obtain additional licensing if required Cooney Air is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
