Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be capable of transforming spaces through remodeling projects. This position requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve high-quality results. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Perform frame carpentry tasks, including constructing walls, installing doors, and building frameworks for various structures. Fabricate custom elements as needed for specific remodeling projects. Conduct plastering work to achieve smooth finishes on walls and ceilings. Install glass fixtures and components with precision and care. Finish concrete surfaces, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Restore existing structures while maintaining their integrity and enhancing their functionality. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations throughout the remodeling process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in remodeling or related construction fields is essential. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in frame carpentry techniques is required. Familiarity with plastering, glass installation, concrete finishing, and hardscape methods is highly desirable. Ability to fabricate custom components as needed for various projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
