Responsibilities:
Oversee daily job site operations Manage and supervise installation crews Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Install and/or oversee installation of siding, windows, and doors Communicate with homeowners and management regarding project progress Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
Proven experience with residential siding, window, and door installation Leadership and crew management experience Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail
