In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients on-site, responsible for diagnosing complex roof leaks, managing high-quality repairs, and ensuring all work meets strict safety and warranty standards.
Key Responsibilities Leak Diagnostics & Repair:
Investigate and track leaks to their root cause; perform repairs on various systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal.
Safety Oversight:
Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety policies, including fall protection and proper PPE usage.
Documentation:
Perform roof inspections and use mobile apps to document service visits with photos, notes, and repair recommendations.
Client Communication:
Professionally communicate findings and repair strategies to customers and facility managers.
Requirements Experience:
3-5+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of low-slope roofing systems and proficiency with common industry tools.
Certifications:
Valid driver's license (required); OSHA 10 or 30-hour card (preferred).
Physical Ability:
Must be able to climb 40' ladders, work at heights, and lift 75-80 lbs.
Technology:

Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
