This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Regional Foreman, you will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and construction specifications. Your leadership will drive productivity, foster teamwork, and uphold our commitment to excellence in every project.
Duties Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise window cleaning crews on job sites
- Perform hands-on window cleaning for commercial and residential properties
- Travel to job sites (up to 3 hours) as needed
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of tools and supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in window cleaning (commercial and residential preferred)
- Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 3 hours for job assignments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using ladders, lifts, or water-fed pole systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
