Lead Installer Construction / Signage

Signarama Cleveland is hiring an experienced carpenter or well-rounded construction professional ready to bring their skillset into a specialized and growing field. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who can step onto a jobsite and take ownership from day one. What Makes This Role Unique Carpentry & structural work Concrete and footing installation Electrical connections (lighting/signage) Equipment operation Layout, leveling, and precision finishing Responsibilities Install monument signs, channel letters, cabinets, and dimensional signage Mount signage to masonry, steel, and wood structures Set posts and pour concrete footings Operate lifts, bucket trucks, and jobsite equipment Interpret site plans and drawings Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signs Lead installations and assist with crew direction Maintain a professional presence on active job sites Qualifications 10+ years in construction, carpentry, or similar skilled trade Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods Experience with equipment operation (lifts, skid steers, etc.) Electrical knowledge is a plus (wiring, conduit, 120V/240V basics) Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Leadership ability and team mindset Valid driver's license with clean record Not the Right Fit If You Need constant supervision Rush through jobs or cut corners Aren't comfortable working at heights Don't take ownership of your work Struggle with reliability or accountability What You'll Get Consistent, year-round work A wide variety of project types Opportunity to grow within a specialized trade Path toward leadership roles Competitive pay based on experience Work with a well-established local company Ready for Something Different?
