Field Foreman Specialty Construction/Cellular Concrete

Elastizell Systems Inc. is a Dayton-based, family-owned company specializing in lightweight cellular concrete applications. Our work includes geotechnical fills, pipeline grouting, insulating roof decks, and other highly engineered applications. We perform specialized work that most contractors cannot, and our projects require coordination between equipment, materials, and skilled crews. Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Foreman to lead field crews on our projects. This role is responsible for managing the jobsite, coordinating logistics, communicating with General Contractors and vendors, and ensuring production goals are met. You will serve as the link between the office and the field, keeping projects organized, safe, efficient, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a small, skilled field crew Coordinate daily jobsite operations and workflow Communicate with General Contractors, inspectors, and vendors Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and equipment Monitor production and ensure project goals are met Work alongside operators to maintain efficient production Troubleshoot jobsite issues and keep work progressing Enforce safety standards and company expectations Provide updates to office/project management What We're Looking For Experience as a foreman or lead on commercial, civil, or industrial projects Strong jobsite coordination and logistics experience Ability to manage crews, schedules, and production Comfortable communicating directly with GCs and stakeholders Mechanically aware and able to problem-solve in the field Willingness to travel (~40% -50%) Candidates with only small residential crew experience may not be a fit. $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
