Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Requirements:
5+ years of Commercial/Residential Plumbing experience required Experience with coordinating materials, and necessary equipment and technicians to make sure projects are completed efficiently and on time required Experience Managing Crews, Schedules, Materials, Budgets required
Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Benefits:

Commercial Plumbing Supervisor Responsibilities:
Overseeing residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout Central Ohio Responsibilities include managing crews, schedules, materials, budgets, permits, inspections, and daily jobsite operations Additional duties include resolving field issues, monitoring productivity and quality, and coordinating with customers, contractors, inspectors, vendors, and office staff to keep projects on track Work may involve residential service, commercial plumbing, remodels, tenant improvements, drain and sewer work, water line projects, water heater installations, and new construction plumbing projects Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures Prepare written work cost estimates for clients Adhere to safety policies and procedures Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
