In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients' homes. Assist with mold removal, demolition, cleanup, and remodeling tasks while learning industry safety standards, equipment use, and construction techniques. Learn to specialize in mold remediation and post-remediation reconstruction, including containment setup, HEPA air filtration, material removal, moisture control, and full interior restoration. Your expertise will help turn renovation ideas into reality, creating beautiful, functional living environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set to make a lasting impact on homeowners' lives. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform and learn a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinet installation to meet project specifications. Install and learn to repair flooring, tile, stucco, drywall, plastering, and concrete finishing to achieve smooth finishes and durable surfaces. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements. Manage construction site activities including demolition, framing, and restoration work. Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Utilize construction management software (Jobber) Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with mold removal, demolition, cleanup, and remodeling tasks while learning industry safety standards, equipment use, and construction techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in residential remodeling or general construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites along with relevant certifications where applicable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients alike.
