Lead commercial glazier (3 years of experience required)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Glazier who can confidently run a crew, manage commercial glazing projects, and take ownership from layout to completion. What You'll Do Lead and manage crews on commercial glazing projects Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Measure openings and field verify dimensions accurately Install storefronts, curtainwall, doors, hardware, mirrors, glass, and related systems Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members on-site Train and mentor less experienced installers Maintain quality control and ensure projects stay on schedule Troubleshoot installation issues and solve problems in the field Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial glazing experience

REQUIRED
