The Vision for Your Role As our Electrical Foreman, you are the technical "North Star" of the company. You aren't just turning a wrench; you are managing the entire field workflow, eliminating "confusion and misdirection," and ensuring the "Sherwin Standard" is met on every circuit. You will be the primary mentor for our lead electricians and the strategic partner for our office. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Project Mastery:

Lead high-stakes commercial and federal projects, with total site ownership. 480

V/Critical Power:

Drive the installation of complex switchgear, ATS systems, UPS, and 3-phase power with "zero-defect" precision.

Mentorship & Ownership:

Actively teach and develop our crew, providing the "clear direction and expectations" that define a professional shop.

Administrative Field Lead:

Utilize project management software to manage RFIs and schedules, keeping the field focused on production.

NEC Authority:

Qualifications Experience:

10-30+ years of electrical field experience (with at least 5-10 years in a Foreman/Supervisory role).

License:

Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Expertise:

Deep mastery of

NEC, 480V

3-Phase systems, and institutional project protocols.

Reliability:
