Company:
Maintain the job site/project and complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the project's scope. Attend pre-con and provide feedback on cost code structure Coordinate construction plans with Superintendent and relay scope of work to crews and sub- contractors Work with Superintendent/QC to schedule delivery of materials & scheduling of subcontractors Check on construction quality and report as needed Work with Superintendent to resolve quality problems within the project Accurately complete all required company documentation for each assignment according to established company standards and procedures Daily/3-day planned needs Timecards, diary, material, photos, subcontractors Toolbox talks, misc forms (e.g. expense reports, incident reports) Work with shop/office on rental equipment and equipment moves Keep Project Manager and Superintendent informed of project progress Review potential out of scope work (EWO) with Superintendent Operate equipment and/or perform laborer duties as needed Serve as liaison between the Company, customer and utilities providers Assist Superintendent in ordering and tracking construction materials Responsible for maintaining assigned equipment, tools, and vehicles Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks o Notify shop immediately of any damage Perform work in a safe manner and comply with all established company safety policies and procedures Assist estimating team with inquiries, scope of work and productivity. Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and system design documents Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively within a team environment Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable with work attendance
Background Profile:
Safety experience in civil construction projects a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence all stakeholders including colleagues, internal executives, and client representatives Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written, verbal communication, and collaboration Experience with HCSS Software is a plus. OSHA 10 and/or 30 is a plus First Aid
CPR, AED
Training is a plus Fluent in both English and Spanish a plus Ability to travel throughout the country ~25% Responsibilities mentioned above are for reference - as a part of the Eclipse Companies' team, additional responsibilities may be assigned to cover an immediate or permanent need.
