ELECTRICAL FOREMAN - MIDWEST TRAVEL
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm representing the industry's leading electrical contractors and professionals. We have been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an experienced Electrical Foreman to work full-time on travel-based projects throughout the Midwest. Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Foreman is between $45 - $52/hour plus per diem, depending on experience Competitive hourly rate with per diem Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off and paid trips home Bonus plan 401(k) retirement plan Career advancement opportunities Military reserve pay offset Paid maternity leave Electrical Foreman Duties & Responsibilities Lead and assign work for all field electricians based on project timelines Coordinate with other trades and supervise subcontractor scopes of work Work with the Project Manager to understand and meet project timelines and budgets Manage material, tools, equipment, labor, and information for project execution Handle all required administrative and field documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and safety reports Report manpower needs and crew forecasts to the Project Manager Ensure workmanship meets company and industry quality standards Train and develop crew members to promote long-term growth Enforce and lead all job site safety processes and investigate safety incidents Electrical Foreman Qualifications Experience supervising crews on multi-family and large commercial projects Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a drug and background screen Strong employment stability Preferred but not required: Field installation experience #BASE1
