Summary The DAS Forman is a highly skilled and experienced DAS Foreman to lead and manage our DAS installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DAS installations, project management, and team leadership. - Your work impacts every American and every other critical infrastructure field Key Responsibilities Lead, Supervise and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DAS Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the telecommunications industry. In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications. Strong knowledge in Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman. Essential Functions /Responsibilities:
Value safety over and above all other considerations Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE Basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailersWork Environment & Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
