Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will be vital in delivering high-quality results efficiently while fostering a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction projects, utilizing your expertise in construction management and site supervision to drive success. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide team efforts effectively Manage project scheduling using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software to optimize workflow Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings Oversee quality control measures, ensuring work meets specified standards and contractual requirements Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating and contracts management Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Ohmmeter for precise documentation, measurement, and quality assurance Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects involving pipelines or similar large-scale work Extensive knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Supervising experience with a focus on safety compliance, quality control, and team leadership Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Hands-on experience with construction site equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors effectively
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
