Fence Installation Lead / Foreman

Fence Installation Lead / Foreman We are seeking an experienced Fence Installation Lead / Foreman to oversee and manage fencing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on installation expertise, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew on residential and commercial fence installations Plan, coordinate, and execute daily job site activities Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and layouts Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Train and mentor crew members, including entry-level laborers Communicate with customers, team members, and management professionally Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Troubleshoot issues on-site and adjust plans as needed Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Requirements:

2+ years of fence installation experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of various fencing types (wood, vinyl, chain link, etc.) Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job timelines Valid driver's license (ability to tow and operate work vehicles is a plus) Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Strong work ethic and reliability Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor conditions
