Landscape Construction Foreman

If you like seeing a project through to completion, we might have the role for you. Our dynamic landscape company is looking for an experienced construction foreman to plan and manage our projects. You'll be in charge of managing laborers, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site. We are looking for someone with experience in the construction field and a passion for managing others. Compensation:

$22 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Minimize injuries and delays on building projects by requiring complete attention to health and safety standards, and report any issues to the project manager when they occur Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project Log daily records of progress and repair updates for the project manager and homeowner Confirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as needed

Qualifications:
