Job Description

Overview We are seeking a project foreman that has extensive experience with residential exteriors, specifically siding, windows and doors. Our foreman is in charge of maintaining a safe and organized jobsite. Is responsible for transporting tools and equipment to jobsites, and managing a small crew of 3-4 people. We want someone with a very strong attention to detail and a wide skill set that includes, setting windows and doors, installing siding, and light framing. Finish carpentry experience is preferred as well but not a deal breaker. We are looking for someone who not only can perform at a high level but can help train and motivate others to do the same. The majority of our work is window and door replacement, so these skills need to be very strong. Most projects are located between Salem and Portland. In addition to pay, this position included a company truck and gas card, or truck allowance if you prefer to drive your own. Duties Lead and supervise the installation of exterior building envelope systems including siding, sheathing, windows and doors. Coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and safety standards are upheld Communicate with homeowners and manage expectations, as well as deliver information between homeowners and management. Manage installation crew, providing clear direction and oversight to maintain quality standards Maintain detailed records of work progress, change orders, and quality control reports using Bluebeam or similar digital tools Ensure all work complies with contracts, building codes, and safety regulations while managing project budgets effectively strong understanding of elevation equipment and fall protection including ladders, planks pump jacks and scaffolding. Skills Comprehensive understanding of weather envelope and flashing on residential structures. Strong communication skills Understanding of basic residential framing. Must be extremely organized and extremely reliable ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite Ability to problem solve solutions with unforeseen obstacles such as dry rot and poor framing. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
