Position Overview We are currently looking to hire an experienced Foreman Lead Installation Supervisor to lead a 2-3 person crew on residential outdoor living and decking projects throughout the South Hills area of Pittsburgh.

This position involves working on:

Residential new builds Deck resurfacing projects Roof-over-deck systems Composite deck installations Aluminum railing systems The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, hands-on carpentry experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. We are looking to hire ASAP. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 2-3 person installation crew Oversee residential decking and outdoor construction projects Coordinate daily jobsite workflow and maintain productivity Install treated lumber, composite decking, and aluminum railings Perform framing and carpentry work Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally Communicate with management regarding job progress and materials Maintain clean and organized jobsites Requirements Previous experience in deck building, carpentry, or outdoor construction Experience with: Treated lumber Composite decking systems Aluminum railing systems Strong carpentry and framing skills Leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license required Must provide own tools Must pass a background check and drug screening Schedule Monday through Friday Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Optional Saturday work available Seasonal and weather-dependent during winter months Benefits Health insurance Paid sick days Certain paid holidays Overtime opportunities On-the-job training provided Opportunities for advancement and performance-based increases Additional Information Crew members meet each morning at the shop in Bridgeville, PA before traveling to jobsites throughout the South Hills area.
