Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Commercial Constructing Trade Masters to lead and oversee complex construction projects within the commercial sector.
MASTER-LEVEL CONSTRUCTION TRADESMEN
Join a Growing Team of Skilled Professionals We are actively seeking highly experienced, master-level tradesmen across all construction trades to join our expanding team. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and leadership in the field. In this pivotal role, you will manage on-site operations, , ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time. Your expertise will drive project success from the start through completion, fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders to achieve outstanding construction standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals eager to showcase their management and trade skills and technical knowledge in a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, highest quality of work. Oversee all phases of your trade Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to contract specifications. • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure proper instrumentation during installation phases. • Skills Extensive experience in your trade in commercial construction crew management with a proven track record of supervising diverse tradesmen in commercial projects. Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with the ability to interpret schematics for your trade. Hands-on experience . Supervising experience demonstrating leadership qualities that motivate teams toward successful project completion.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience in your trade Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite procedures Own tools (preferred depending on trade) Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or lead a crew
