Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, highest quality of work. Oversee all phases of your trade Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to contract specifications. • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure proper instrumentation during installation phases. • Skills Extensive experience in your trade in commercial construction crew management with a proven track record of supervising diverse tradesmen in commercial projects. Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with the ability to interpret schematics for your trade. Hands-on experience . Supervising experience demonstrating leadership qualities that motivate teams toward successful project completion.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience in your trade Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite procedures Own tools (preferred depending on trade) Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or lead a crew
