Job Description

Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily field operations on residential and/or commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. The Foreman will provide hands-on leadership, supervise crews, and coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and customers while maintaining a professional and accountable job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily job site operations across one or multiple crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget Collaborate with Project Managers and subcontractors to execute work plans and adjust timelines as needed Lead daily team meetings, delegate tasks, and provide hands-on support to complete work efficiently Train and mentor team members while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity Communicate regularly with customers regarding progress, updates, and any changes in scope Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling Track job progress through daily logs, photos, and required documentation Maintain organized job sites, tools, and materials Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
9+ years of carpentry or construction experience -As well as lead a crew and supervised Sub contractors. Strong ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices Proven leadership and crew management experience in field environments Solid understanding of safety standards and job site best practices Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift up to 75 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Tools & Requirements:
Smartphone for company applications and reporting Basic hand tools and safety equipment Ability to work outdoors and at heights as needed
Schedule & Benefits:
Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (varies by day) Overtime available based on project needs Paid Time Off available after 60 days, plus holidays and birthday time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Bonus opportunities available

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
