About our Foreman position… Run all aspects of repair and maintenance jobs. Collaborate with the project manager to complete projects safely, with quality, and on budget. Lead your team in safety, best roofing practices, and customer service. Compile and Complete daily online reports pertaining to work, job inventory needs, etc. Our Ideal Foreman….

Experience:

3+ years of full-time commercial roofing experience.

Analytical :

Ability to review job info. and plan for onsite implementation.

Accurate :

Strong attention to detail is required in this role, as mistakes can be costly.

Collaborative:

You will need to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and coworkers.

Active:

This position will be on the roof. This will involve climbing up and down a ladder, working in all temperatures, lifting, kneeling, bending in a repetitive work environment. Ability to use power and hand tools.
