A Lead's Schedule:

Our standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM . However, being a Lead means owning the deadline. This role requires occasional flexibility for early starts or working past 5:00 PM to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly.

Requirements:

5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades. A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance). Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
