With more than 150 skilled tradespeople, we have built a reputation for delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service on projects of all sizes across a variety of market sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber / Foreman to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with commercial construction experience who can lead crews, maintain project schedules, and ensure high-quality plumbing installations. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial new construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements Lead and coordinate plumbing crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution Install and connect pipes, fittings, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues encountered during construction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and company leadership Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License Proven experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong focus on new construction projects Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively with multiple trades on active construction sites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Options 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Additional Foreman Benefits Company Vehicle Fuel Card Company iPhone Company i
