Essential Functions and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsible for checking the quality of work performed on construction sites and remedying quality as necessary Provide direction to staff to ensure efficient and cost effective operation within approved operating budgets Responsible for total management of assigned staff. This includes hiring, disciplining, training and supervision of employees Coordinate construction plans with crews and sub-contractors Complete and maintain all necessary project paperwork Communicate with management on project progress and developments Serves the liaison between the Company, customers and utilities Responsible for ordering and tracking construction materials May lay-out and design construction maps, and work from the maps of others Responsible to identify unsafe / hazardous conditions for self, other employees, customers, and the general public Adhere to all established company safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned § Must be willing to travel Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have good customer relations and communication skills Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times Must have
