Key duties include interpreting blueprints/drawings, scheduling tasks, managing tools and materials, and training other crew members. Most duties revolve around the construction site, such as preparing the site, obtaining materials, operating machinery, adhering to construction plans, and installing equipment. Each fence construction process can be different; therefore, builders must be able to adapt to unique conditions. Experience with Machinery and Mechanics

• Machinery and mechanics are typically used for projects when breaking down the site and constructing the pool structure; therefore, experience with these will be an important skill for performing tasks. Strong Mathematical Skills
• Measurements are vital for fence builder careers, and understanding these numbers is crucial for effectively completing the project. Physical Endurance
• Builders must be able to lift at least 50 lbs as well as perform under tough conditions, considering long project hours and weather. Awareness & Communication Skills
• Similar to any major construction project with workers, large machines and tools, you need to be aware of surroundings and communicate with your team to manage project timelines along with always maintaining safe conditions. Must have valid DL Compensation & Benefits $24
