Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Our company performs public works projects with a focus on parks & recreation development.
Service Area:
Westmoreland County, Washington County, Fayette County, Greene County, Allegheny County Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to align on project goals and timelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site execution Supervise and mentor construction crews, fostering teamwork while managing performance and supervising subcontractors Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation Work alongside and with construction crews to complete the work Requirements Experience in construction with a strong background in overseeing construction sites Experience in operating heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers Experience with site layout for construction projects Experience utilizing grade lasers Experience utilizing GPS for site layout (preferred, nor required) Experience with reading construction drawings Valid drivers license, CDL is a plus.
Pay:
$48.00 - $66.00 per hour
