Site Foreman York, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22517404 Summary York, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time / Hours May Vary Description Required Skills & Qualifications Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Usage of GPS grade controls and rover Able to read blueprints and specs Able to shoot elevation grades Understanding in site excavation, grading, foundations, utility such as water, storm, and sewer Will be responsible for running 3 to 5 person crew to complete site excavation needs This is a working foreman position Responsible for tracking daily crew time and completed quantities minimum 2 years as a foreman 5 years overall site work experience General Information 90% of work is located within a 1-hour radius of our York, PA shop location Residential, commercial and municipal work Parking lots and commercial work. roadway paving for cities, PennDOT roadways and township roadways Work in various environmental conditions, including hot surfaces and uneven terrain. Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Additional Details
