Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews to ensure timely and high-quality project completion Oversee all phases of landscape installation, including grading, planting, irrigation system setup, hardscaping, and tree care Maintain safety standards on-site by enforcing proper procedures and equipment use Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan daily tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly Monitor project progress, manage resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines Lead by example in landscaping techniques, gardening practices, and horticultural standards to foster a skilled and motivated team Qualifications Proven experience supervising landscape construction projects with a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, construction, and horticulture Knowledge of irrigation systems installation Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments including hardscaping and site preparation Strong understanding of landscape construction practices to ensure long-term project success Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors, and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces that inspire communities!
