This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage field operations, coordinate crews and equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a WORKING supervisor position. The ideal candidate will know how to operate a multitude of equipment alongside their crew. Bulldozers, Excavators, Graders, etc. Key Responsibilities Manage daily field operations for excavation projects Coordinate project handoffs with estimating and project management teams Plan and schedule crews, equipment, and materials to keep projects moving Oversee site layout, including elevations, benchmarks, and construction points Maintain project quality, safety standards, and production schedules Conduct daily site inspections and lead weekly safety and scheduling meetings Lead, motivate, and develop field crews while maintaining clear communication Work directly with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Assist with project completion, punch lists, and closeout documentation Qualifications Experience in civil construction, excavation, concrete work, or underground utilities Proven leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and project schedules Please submit a resume for consideration.
