Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Foreman to join our team in Charleston. This isn't just another "gig" -- we are looking for a career-minded leader who wants to grow with a well-established contractor. You will lead crews of 2-5 electricians on commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Qualifications 5+ years of dedicated experience within commercial/industrial environments. This position requires a consistent 50-hour work week . You are a "working foreman"—someone who can lead from the front, pick up tools when the crew is shorthanded, and ensure every wire pulled meets our quality standards.

Read and interpret electronic blueprints; oversee lighting controls, conduit bending, and wire pulling. Take the lead on switchgear installation (critical for our upcoming school project). Identify and perform corrective work to ensure all installations are up to code and project specs. Step in and work alongside the crew as needed to keep projects on schedule and under budget.
