Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and supervise pipeline construction projects from start to finish. Must now how to lay water and storm drain, Read blueprints and Grading. Must have extensive experience laying storm drain and sewer. Duties Lead and supervise pipeline construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement construction schedules using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid software Oversee blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of pipelines Monitor project progress daily, adjust schedules as needed, a.nd communicate updates to stakeholders effectively Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to stay within budget parameters while maintaining high standards of work. quality Supervise the use of construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes Oversee project closeout activities, including final insp.ections, punch list completion, and documentation submission Experience Proven management experience in heavy civil or pipeline construction p.rojects with a focus on supervision of field crews Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of pipeline installation processes Demonstrated ability in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or Primavera software tools Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to pipelines and infrastructure projects Knowledge of OSHA safety standards specific to construction sites involving pipelines and heavy equipment Supervising experience that highlights leadership skills in managing teams effectively while ensuring safety compliance Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes Starting ASAP Pay every Friday direct deposit.
