$24-$27/hour + Overtime (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Actively Hiring A well-established local construction company in the Charleston, SC area is seeking an Experienced Track Hoe Operator / Lead to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, production-driven operator with strong storm drain experience who can lead a crew and work directly with a Superintendent. If you are confident in the seat, understand sitework, and take pride in leading from the front — we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate track hoe (excavator), backhoe, front loader, and bulldozer Excavate and backfill trenches for storm drain installation Install and repair storm drainage systems Use pipe lasers to ensure proper grade and alignment Read and interpret blueprints and site plans Work directly with the Superintendent Lead and manage a crew on active job sites Maintain safety standards and job site efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating a track hoe/excavator Storm drain installation experience required Ability to read blueprints and understand grades Experience using pipe lasers Strong leadership skills and crew management experience Knowledge of construction site safety protocols Valid Driver's License (Required) Ability to commute or relocate to
