Tiello has partnered with an established electrical construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to support their continued growth and company success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with blueprints, schematics, and safety standards. Manage daily operations of electrical crews, assigning tasks effectively and monitoring progress to meet project Schedules. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation processes accurately. Utilize construction management software such as Procore, HCSS and Bluebeam. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure quality standards. Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment. Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements Proven experience in construction with a focus on electrical projects; supervising experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction site practices including blueprint reading and scheduling. Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS, and other relevant tools. Must be knowledgeable in medium voltage phasing that leads to secondary 600-volt rotation and other phasing sourcing. Hands-on experience working on Installation of manholes, medium voltage duct bank, cable installation, SFB switches, Transformers, as well as splicing and terminations of MV cable 200 Amp to 600 Amp. Ability to identify electrical safety hazards in the field. Use lockout tag, grounding and other isolating techniques to mitigate any dangers to personnel. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Required Skills/Abilities:
