Our team is committed to quality craftsmanship, meeting tight deadlines, and exceeding client expectations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our subcontractor teams through the critical top-out phase of residential builds. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on plumbing knowledge with strong leadership and organizational skills to keep multiple projects on track, on budget, and up to our high standards. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret residential house plans with precision. Manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors to ensure work meets project timelines and quality requirements. Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate effectively with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of new construction plumbing experience (top-out phase strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage subcontractors in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills —capable of tracking multiple moving parts across several job sites. Ability to read and understand residential construction plans. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen. Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience —competitive and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
