$65,000 to $85,000 Base Salary (Total Target Earnings of $125,000+ with Bonus & Commission)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Plumbing Manager to oversee a growing commercial plumbing division in the Surfside Beach area. In this leadership role, you will manage all aspects of commercial plumbing projects from estimation and bidding through final completion. We need a hands on leader with deep technical expertise who can support field crews, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure every job is completed on time, under budget, and up to code. Key Responsibilities Manage the day to day operations of all commercial plumbing projects and supervise plumbing crews and subcontractors. Prepare and submit detailed, accurate bids and cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects. Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to determine accurate project scope and requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction. Troubleshoot complex plumbing and mechanical issues while overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing and boiler systems. Ensure all work strictly complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Maintain inventory, equipment, and material procurement to keep projects moving without delays. Qualifications Active South Carolina Commercial Plumbing License (Required) Active South Carolina Boiler License (Required) Extensive hands on experience in commercial plumbing with a proven background in project management or field leadership. Demonstrated experience in accurately estimating and bidding on commercial plumbing projects. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
