This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with trade experience and the ability to guide a team through efficient, high-quality fencing installations. Learn more at www.rwfencing.com Key Responsibilities Lead a team of fence installers on residential and commercial projects. Ensure accurate and efficient installation of fences, gates, and railings according to blueprints and specs. Train and mentor crew members in safety practices, installation techniques, and tool use. Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites and ensure all materials and equipment are properly secured. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively, including drills, saws, and measuring tools. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Perform quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure structural integrity and visual appeal. Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients to ensure project expectations are met. Diagnose and complete fence repairs as needed. Follow and enforce all company policies and safety procedures on site. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of fencing or comparable trade experience (carpentry, framing, roofing, etc.). High school diploma or GED preferred. Proven ability to lead and manage field crews. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Must be able to confidently drive, tow, and back trailers. Experience reading tape measures and construction blueprints. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Dependable, organized, and teachable with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and time management skills.
