Job Description

Job Summary Wheelhouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly driven Foreman to lead field execution across plumbing and HVAC projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for setting the job up for success, leading crews in the field, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman plays a critical leadership role in coordinating with project management, managing field productivity, and delivering work that meets company standards the first time. Duties Lead daily field operations, including planning, crew direction, and task execution Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and completion dates are met Participate in pre-construction and pre-bid planning with estimators and project managers Manage labor productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiency Maintain a rolling 2-4 week look-ahead schedule and adjust as needed Ensure all work meets code, drawings, and quality standards Enforce safety policies and maintain a zero-incident jobsite Coordinate with other trades, site supervisors, and internal teams Order and manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics Complete accurate daily logs and field documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Support project closeout, punch lists, and continuous improvement efforts Skills Strong leadership experience managing crews in the field Ability to plan, sequence, and execute work efficiently Strong understanding of plumbing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong communication and coordination skills across teams High accountability with a focus on results, safety, and quality
Qualifications Required:
Journeyman Plumber license
Preferred:
5+ years of foreman or field leadership experience Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
