ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and competency satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform this job. Lead and manage pool construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Coordinate daily work activities and monitor crew performance to meet client expectations and quality standards. Ensure job site safety through adherence to OSHA safety protocols and best practices, including PPE use and equipment safety. Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and request repairs promptly. Supervise load securement and transportation of materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Resolve any on-site issues or challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, project flow, and site progress. Perform routine cleaning of pools, including but not limited to brushing, vacuuming, and skimming. Monitor and adjust water levels and filter systems to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal. Perform seasonal pool openings and closings to the company's and clients' specifications. Apply appropriate chemical adjustments to maintain a safe, balanced environment and accurate record keeping for compliance and tracking purposes. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters for functionality and safety. Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of daily work and equipment usage. Manage supervision and training of new crew members. Manage communications with crew members, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors. Communicate professionally with clients and team members to maintain a positive client/company relationship. Coordinate with the project manager to determine the scope of work, equipment/materials needed, project budget, and layout of installation. Install, adjust, and perform minor repairs as required on equipment. Oversee crew members performing day-to-day tasks when applicable. Commit the hours necessary to make sure the job is done to satisfaction. Maintain a clean appearance and conform to the Parklane Pool Company dress code. Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company. Assist in maintaining all Parklane Pool Company equipment. Other duties are needed to help drive and fulfill the Parklane Pool Company's Mission, including referring new team members for employment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Understand and interpret blueprints and drawings. Excellent time management and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills. Superior work ethic, including the ability to be dependable regarding work attendance. Ability to manage and train new team members as needed. Timely input of hours on LMN software to ensure accurate payroll processing. Detail-oriented, with considerable attention to order and cleanliness. Hold team members accountable for being to work on time and doing their respective duties. Hold team members accountable for the proper care of company-issued tools and equipment. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum one year of experience in industry or related field. Must be 18 years or older High school diploma/GED A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Team members must be able to perform the following tasks during a typical 8+ hour day.
SEDENTARY WORK
: Lifting up to 10#; occasionally lifting or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. Work essentially involves sitting and is considered sedentary if only a small amount of walking and standing is necessary to carry out duties.
LIGHT WORK
Lifting up to 20#, frequently lifting or carrying objects up to 10#. Work is classified light if it requires walking or standing to a significant degree (regardless of weight lifted) or involves sitting most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls.
LIGHT MEDIUM WORK
Lifting up to 30#; frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20#.
MEDIUM WORK
Lifting up to 50#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 25#.
LIGHT-HEAVY WORK
Lifting up to 80#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 45#.
X HEAVY WORK
Lifting up to 100#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 80#.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Specific schedules will be determined based on the weather and general needs of the business.
