In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise field crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise dirt, utility, and site development crews to execute construction tasks efficiently and safely Coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones Oversee the installation of pipelines, utilities, and grading activities using schematics and blueprints Monitor construction progress, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards Manage equipment usage, including heavy machinery operation such as excavators, loaders, and ohmmeters for electrical testing Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling Review blueprints and schematics Ensure proper documentation through digital tools for plans, change orders, and daily reports Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct safety meetings, and maintain OSHA compliance at all times Skills Extensive construction site experience with a focus on earthwork and utility projects Strong supervisory skills with proven management of diverse field teams Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Knowledge of contracts management and project scheduling best practices Ability to operate or oversee the use of heavy machinery and electrical testing tools like ohmmeters Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to construction sites Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers Experience in quality control processes ensuring adherence to project specifications Join us as a Dirt/Utility Foreman where your expertise will shape successful projects!
