Your Impact & Responsibilities As a Lead Electrical Foreman, you will be the go-to technical and leadership resource in the field.
Your primary objectives will include:
Field Leadership:
Lead field crews and take full ownership of jobsite execution.
Safety & Quality:
Set and enforce non-negotiable safety standards while maintaining high productivity and schedule expectations.
Project Management:
Plan work, assign tasks, manage resources, and track project progress efficiently.
Technical Excellence:
Troubleshoot and solve complex electrical and operational issues with precision
Team Development:
Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable to build a culture of trust and high performance.
Communication:

You are comfortable with good enough work. Experience Proven management experience as a Supervisor or Lead Electrician within large-scale construction projects. Extensive hands-on construction site experience with a focus on electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards specific to electrical work on construction sites. Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Supervising experience with a focus on quality control, safety compliance, and team leadership. Ability to interpret contracted electrical scope of work and manage change orders effectively.

$34.00 - $38.00 per hour
