  • Posted on May 22, 2026 Published By Elizabeth Amaya Trillium Construction is seeking a Foreman near Hendersonville, TN. Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately read blueprints and site plans and execute based on those plans
  • Experience leading and working on projects including but not limited to excavation, site preparation, pipelaying, underground utility work. (running pipe for water treatment or conduit)
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts, skid steers, pressure diggers etc.)
  • Preferred knowledge of running a pressure digger
  • Able to direct/help/teach 1-3 subordinates
  • Foreman will spend most of the time operating small equipment, like a skid steer or mini ex and direct the laborer of crew on spotting and trenching.
