What You'll Do Lead commercial plumbing projects from layout through completion Supervise and mentor plumbers and apprentices Plan manpower, materials, and daily jobsite activities Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and code requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience Commercial or industrial plumbing experience is preferred Knowledge of OSHA, plumbing codes, blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and building codes Skills in plumbing layout, installation, repair, soldering, brazing, pro pressing, cutting, threading, joining, and system testing Ability to interpret plans, schematics, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations Core Competencies of the Role Leadership and team development Blueprint and plumbing system expertise Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making in the field Planning, organization, and resource management Commitment to quality workmanship and OSHA safety standards Ability to adapt and keep projects on schedule What We Offer 100% employer-paid individual health insurance Monthly wellness allowance ((up to $50 for gym membership) Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) with up to 3% company match 1-2 weeks of vacation in your first year (based on experience) 6 paid holidays and 5 paid sick days Company truck and gas card Company phone and iPad Tool allowance, vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement Employee referral bonus program Supportive team culture with opportunities for long-term career growth
