About Us We are a small, family-oriented renovation company that specializes in home remodels. Our projects range from cabinetry and trim work to framing, drywall, painting, and more. We take pride in craftsmanship, communication, and delivering high-quality results. Position Overview We're looking for a Working Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership with skilled carpentry. The ideal candidate has strong general carpentry abilities, with proven experience in cabinetry and trim work. You'll lead a helper, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee multiple projects while working directly on the tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks (framing, cabinetry, trim, drywall, caulking, painting, etc.) Lead a helper on-site Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Oversee subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to ensure quality and timelines Manage 2-6 renovation projects at a time Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Communicate effectively with the owner, team members, and clients
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years' cabinetry and trim experience (required) Strong general carpentry skills (framing, drywall, finishing, etc.) Ability to understand and apply architectural drawings Leadership and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
